Gang Violence

In Los Angeles of 1970 there was a beginning for a group that is even well known today. The group

that at first was considered a club is now a gang called the Crips. They are a gang of mostly African

Americans who represent L.A with the color blue. Now they are all around the United States but still

representing the west coast. Do to that another group and now a gang as well organized in order to

create an influence against the Crips. Their names are the Bloods, which represent Compton with the

color red. These gangs have affected the United States as their growth keeps increasing and so do the

wars between these two.
